Cockpit floor repair

I have an old CL16 and have repaired the hull with thickened epoxy followed by a coat of epoxy. I painted this with Brightsides paint after curing and cleaning.
QUESTION??????
The cockpit floor has a lot of cracks in the surface would a coat of epoxy be sufficient to fix this or do I need glass cloth with the epoxy?

The cracking is probably just in the Gelote, and can usually be covered with a primer and paint..
