I am about to start repairing the deck of an alberg37, that has about 30% or more of wet deck.
Any advice from people with experience of this chore would be welcome.
Scrap it! is not an option!

Sell it! Is another option. If you must fix it, you need to cut out the top fiberglass skin and remove the wet core. Replace the core with Balsa, or Corecell, no rot with the foam, but you will need plywood inserts under winches, stanchion bases etc. Replace the fiberglass, fair, and paint. Repainting the whole deck is usually easier than trying to match and patch gelcote. Sounds easy eh.
