Hello. I am interested in building my first wood strip canoe. I will be using it mostly for day trips, but also some longer, up to one week or so trips in the boundry waters. I was mostly looking at the redbird canoe, could someone please tell me if this is a good choice and also some other options? Thanks, patrick
