installing fuel tank on 22 ft searay

Im restoring a 1979 searay whats the best type of foam to use for the gas tank compartment.22 ft 70 gal tank.Any tips on this job would be greatly appreciated.Also I live in florida any places to buy supplies would be helpfull.
