Just gelcoat / or need filler

[New boat owner]

First boat advice! Small area on the down side of my v hull. The glass is exposed but
not damaged. Do I need to fill and then cover with gelcoat repair, or do the entire
job with Marinetech (sp)

Marinetech is the easiest, but gelcoat will look better if done properly.
