Treker

I'm considering building the treker.

How does it compare to Chesapeake 16? or other 16 ft. kayaks
I'm almost 6ft tall with size 12 shoe. Will I have a problem?
I have paddled an R5 with no room problems.

Think you would have a problem with size 12 feet in that kayak. The Treker is a low volume Kayak made out of two sheets of ply, so not much toe room. You would better with a higher volume boat, line the Chesapeake 17 or Seascape
