Stitch and glue question

I am working on a stitch and glue kayak (Seascape design), and it is not clear to me whether I pull the stitches out after I put the epoxy on the inside fillets of the kayak, or just leave them in and not worry about it.

Cut one side of the copper wire and roll the long piece around on needle nose pliers. If it breaks off don?t worry, just trim off the end and leave the broken piece in.
