Building a Pram Tender

I just completed my new Tender. I used Chuck Merrel's free apple pie dinghy plans. It worked out quite well and performs nicely on the water.

I documented my build each evening, quite interesting if you are planning to make a stitch and glue boat (except for the sanding part, that's a bit boring).

I'm not a particularly experienced boat builder but the stitch and glue method is very forgiving.
