I am restoring a 21 ft. Starcraft Chieftan .Any recommendation are welcome, What would be the best choice pour in place foam or solid blue/pink foam blocks, and which is cheaper ? Also would Gluvit be recommended on all rivets and seams ,I have replace all loose and leaking rivets.

Pour in place foam is better for floatation as it will fill the bottom completely but Blue Styrofoam would probably be cheaper, however you can’t beat the price of empty plastic soda bottles with the tops screwed back on.
We find Sikaflex or 3M 5200 works well for plugging rivet leaks.
