wher can I get some information about these processes and products, Would any of these be a substitute for plywood construction???

so what would you like to build, there are endless options of things to use that would replace plywood. but first you need to know what you want to build.
there is penski board, foam board by several corps and sizes and densities to suit all needs, then there is plastic and fiber board and balsa wood and honey comb and the list goes on depending on application

Building a foam sandwich boat step by step:
1. build a jig.
2. plank the jig with foam panels.
3. fiberglass the outside.
4. flip the hull.
5. remove jig.
6. fiberglass inside.
7. install internal structure.
8. install systems: machinery, tanks, electrical.
9. build superstructure .
